WHERE24S, this Board has rece :, ad a request from V L. Wood
for abandonment of a public utility easement as described below,
WHEREAS, pursuantt to the authority vested in this Board under
Government Code §50430 et seq, this Board wishes to abandon said
easement as described below.
NOW,_IHEG EFORE,; BE IT RESOLVED by this Board.
1.. That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for present, or prospective public use.
That said public utility easement as hereinafter described -
