All valley oak trees (as identified on the Oak Tree Map for the Laffins property on file in #Rez 00-04) removed during construction activities shall be replaced with oak �seedlings on a two-for-one basis after development, with at least a 15 foot interval between each seedling, in the common area of the property that will not be disturbed. 1� Any valley oaks or other tree species 12 inches or larger in diameter at breast height shall be conserved if at all possible over smaller trees.
