NOTICE TO APPLICANT -USE PERMIT
1. It applicant Is other than owner, a proof of agency must be supplied In writing
in order to legally sign the "Application for Use Permit,",
Application shall be considered void If not signed by owner or his legal agent,

important and requisite.
4. Fourteen copies of a detailed plot plan of
adequate scale to clearly delineate
proposed building and improvements, foided 81/2" X 11 " shal I accompany and be
made part ofthe "Application for Use Permit."
The plot plan shall Include the following:
