As of today the map is not finalled as far as I know. We have issued Parsley a clearance and septic permit for two lots, one on each of the original large parcels. The latest application is for what will be the 3rd home, but will not be allowed until the map is finalled. I explained that to Parsley, but he wanted to submit the application in the hope that the map would be finalled while the application was in review channels. For now, I suggest that your response is "no additional permit clearances until the SD map is finalled". Tom. Is this suppose to be 040-640-013? If so, I think that Chris has already approved this a few months ago. He has a subdivision map for this whole area, and I know that this is in for final map check. I'm not sure where this APN # originated from or if it's a second dwelling that he is trying to put on this total parcel. Anyway, any information that you may have would be helpful.
