Provide additional information and/or make revisions to plans, specifications and calculations as follows: 1. Plot plan is to show all structures located on the lot. Show pool and show distance from edge of pool to this structure. 2. Bracing is not adequately shown on the plans. Location, method and attachment is to be detailed on the floor plan. Braced wall panels must be shown drawn to scale at appropriate locations per Sec. 2326.11.3. 3. In addition to the bracing not being sufficiently°detailed -on,the-plan-Slhe-building also -does not meet the full bracing requirements of Chapter 23 UBC. This building has a roof that is not supported by braced wall lines on all edges per Section 2326.5.4.2 UBC. This structure will require a lateral analysis by a licensed engineer. All requirements from the engineering are to be on the plans and plans are to be stamped and signed by the engineer. Submit two copies of the calculations. Engineer is to review and approve trusses. 4. Provide a full foundation plan for this structure including footings for all roof supports. 5. Detail connections of beams and posts and trusses to beams. 6. Property owner is to fill out the enclosed detached accessory building form. Please be specific 1 with your answers including all proposed uses for this structure. 7. This structure is located in a flood zone. Provide a flood elevation certificate, completed by a licensed professional. Show how you will meet the requirement to be one foot above the flood elevation. Design foundation accordingly. 8. Plans are in the Oroville office and may be picked up for revisions or you may call and ask that they be sent to the Chico office for pickup.
