Dear Brent:
During the course of trying to complete tbai above referenced,
application, we have encountered a difference in opinion as to
the loc, jtion of the new, boundary line between the two'
properties. After, much discussion both parties havee agreed to
the l.ocatiob as shown on the attached plat:.
The reasoning behind this location is that the property locat-
ed Westerly of the creek can be uoed in a more efficient
manner for cattle g .azing, etc. if it were to taw left intact.
Also each of the two owners would have a portion of the entire
i creek witb-in their respective properties..
The dividing line that, runs tast and West follows along the
fence line that has divided the properties for years and has
.always been considered the property line.
.please be advised also that both parcels ate Improved with
homes, septic systems and various out ---buildings such as batn,s
and sheds, etc.
7 have spoken to John Mendonsa regarding this matter. After
reviewing the revision, he dial not find anything that could
alter his de,partment`s concerns or conditions and did not feel
that it would be necessary to rehear' the changes b_-fore the
Advisory Agency as long as both the Planning Ddpattmeht and
the Env ornmental Health Department felt likewise: He there-
fore advised. me to suumit this information to you to determine
if the new boundary line location and resulting parcel sites
will stili meet with 'your. prev"ous colditicns of approval and
if you are in agreement with this resolution,
if it cao complete thelconditiot sou sofnoapprova him and myself sn that s
