Dear Mr. MacNaughton:
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Board of Supervisors.
held December 6, 1988, your appeal of a denied Variance to
minimum lot size to allow a 9.08 acre parcel in'a 20 acre minimum
zone, located on both sides of Clear`•Creek Cemetery Road,
approximately 1/2 mile east of Clark Road, south of Paradise, was
denied.
