Failure to obtain permits, inspections and approvals from this office for construction of a.cabin and installation of a mobilehome. (A use permit will be required from the Butte County Planning Department for additional living unit in a U zone.) Since permits and inspections are required for the above work, please submit three (3) complete sets of plans, apply for the required permits, and pay the appropriate fees. Pursuant to Butte County Code (BCC) Section 41-2, we sent you a courtesy notice dated July 21, 1997 notifying you that you are in violation of the BCC at the above -referenced location. As of this date, the following violations still exist: Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from this office for construction of a cabin in.violation of the 1985 Uniform Building Code "as adopted by Section 26-1 of the Butte County Code as follows: (a) Section 301(a) Permits Required (b) Section 305(a) Inspections Required (c) Section 305(d) Inspection Approval Required before Use or Occupancy The above violation(s) shall be corrected or abated by you by submitting three (3) complete sets of plans, applying -for the required permits, and paying the appropriate fees, including penalties. After permit issuance and field authorization to proceed, the work must be completed and approved by this office within the permit specified time. Failure to obtain the required permits, inspections and approvals from this office for installation of a mobilehome in violation of the Mobile - home Parks Act of Title 25, California Code of Regulations, adopted by Section 28A-1 of the Butte County Code as follows: (a) 1018 -Permits Required for any Plumbing or Electric (b) 1048 -Inspections Required for any Plumbing or Electric (c) 1324 -Permits Required for Mobilehome Installation (d) 1326 -Inspections Required for Mobilehome Installation Since the additional living unit is not allowed in a U zone, the above vio- lation shall be corrected or abated by removal of the mobilehome from the property or applying for a' use permit from the Butte County Planning Department.
