I am writing on behalf of Mrs. Evaline Irwin in order to'
obtain substantive information regarding right-of-way access
to the 80 acres described as Lot 55, in Assessor's Map Book
'#41-28, County of'Butte, Ca., October, 1960.
_Enclosed are map and legal descriptions of real property,
easements and owner's benefits providing access to roads for
egress from and ingress into the property. Mrs. Irwin appears
to have access to her' -property,, yet she has been denied a
building permit for reasons unclear.
Please advise what steps are necessary within Mrs. Irwin's
.power to obtain a building permit.
