McELROY November 21, 1990 Deputy Director RE: AP 41-28=150 App, for Determination At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Committee meeting held on November 21, 1990, the committee granted a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. The conditions are: 1. Create the parcel in accordance with Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code and the requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act. 2, Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence exists on the property. 3. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable water for a single family residence is available to the property. 4. Comply with the requirements of Chapter 24 of the Butte County Code with respect to Zoning and General.Plan requirements. There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this -Certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
