Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following conditions
which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-167 and
Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect the public health and public
safety:.
1. Create the parcel in accordance with Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code
and the requirements of the State Subdivision Map. Act.
2. Provide satisfactory evidence thata suitable site.for the installation
and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a single family residence
exists on the property.
3. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable water.'
for a single family residence is available to the property.
4. Comply with the requirements of Chapter 24 of the Butte County'Code with

App, for Determination
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on November 21, 1990, the committee granted
a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The conditions are:
1. Create the parcel in accordance with Chapter 20 of the Butte
County Code and the requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act.
2, Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the
installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a
single family residence exists on the property.
3. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantities of potable
water for a single family residence is available to the property.
4. Comply with the requirements of Chapter 24 of the Butte County
Code with respect to Zoning and General.Plan requirements.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this -Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.
