At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held September 19, 1979, the Committee issued a conditional
Certificate .of Compliance for AP 41-29-114. The conditions are as
follows:
1. Provide sufficient evidence to show that a suitable site
for the installation of an individual sewage disposal
system meeting Butte County.Health Department requirements
ekists on the property.
2. The 60 -ft, access now described in the deed be rewritten
so that it may be retraced and located.
There is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before this conditional
Certificate of.Compl.iance can be recorded, unless you sign and return
the attached waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's
decision.
