All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California, described
as follows:
ALL THAT portion of the East half of the East half of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 34, Township 20 North, Range 4 East, M.D.B. & M., lying
Northerly of the centerline of the Oregon Gulch Road. The above-mentioned Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 34 being composed of a portion of lots
7, 6, 44, 45 and 46, as shown on a Government survey map of said Section 34 and that
portion of lot 6 of the Northwest quarter of Section 34 lying Northwesterly and Westerly
of the Oregon Gulch Road in Township 20 North, Range4 East, M.D.B & M.
