16; 1991 ), the Agency noting that the project is categorically
exempt from environmental review, approved the above, -referenced project
subject; to the conditions listed on the attached sheet.

Recently enacted legislation (A33158, Chapter 1706, Statutes of 19941
effective January 1, 1991) requires that the Deparitment of Fish and Game
impose and collect filing fees as specified to defray the Cost of managing
and protecting fish and wildlife trust resources. These filing fees are
collected duri�ig the environmental review process and are to be paid at the
gime the County files a "Notice of Determination"' with the County Clerk of
