This permit shall expire one year from the date of approval by the Zoning Administrator. This permit may be renewed for additional years, provided a written request and renewal fee is submitted to the County prior to permit expiration. 3. The applicant shall maintain the on-site sewage disposal system, and ensure that an adequate supply of potable water is available for the proposed use, to the satisfaction of the Butte County Environmental Health Division. 4. The subject property shall be served by an approved power source, including power from:a local.utility, solar energy system, wind energy system, batteries and/or a power generator, which shall be installed consistent with all requirements of the Butte County Building Division, 5. No more than two recreational vehicles or tents shall occupy the subject property at any one time. Camping strictly with the use of tents shall be limited to no more than 14 days within any 30 day period. G. The applicant must maintain current registration of the recreational vehicle(s) used on the subject property for camping purposes. 7 No more than two families shall occupy the subject property for the purpose of camping at any one time. 8. Solid waste shall not be deposited, or disposed of, on the open ground of the subject property, in accordance with BCC, Section 31-51 [Failure to Remove Solid Waste]. In accordance with BCC, Section. 31-52 [Burning of Garbage], burning of solid waste is prohibited unless permission is obtained from the County Health Officer and Air Quality Management District. 9. The applicant shall meet all requirements of the Butte County Air Quality Management District regarding open burning. 10. The applicant shall comply with the defensible space requirements around the campsite, pursuant to Public Resources Code 4291. 11. Use of the recreational vehicle or travel trailer shall not be considered a legal residence for the purposes of marijuana cultivation, as required by Ordinance 4051 (Restrictions on Cultivation of Marijuana). 12. This Administrative Permit is valid only when accompanied by a copy of the approved site plan 13. The Zoning Administrator may revoke its approval of this Administrative Permit, if any of the following applies: a. The applicant or property owner has altered the circumstances under which the permit was granted to a degree that one or more of the findings required to grant the original permit can no longer be made; b. Permit issuance was based on misrepresentation by the applicant through the ommission of a material statement in the application; c. One or more of the permit conditions of approval have not been complied with or fulfilled; d. The applicant or property owner has failed or refused to allow inspections for compliance; e.
