mobilehome, and 40 feet from a commercial building.
AG Buildings must comply with Flood Zone requirements. Finish floor elevation must be at or above elevation
USGS Datum.

AG Building definition. If any change in use or occupancy of the building is made, I will contact the Building Division and
obtain any necessary permits, inspections, and approvals to comply with the requirements in effect at that time and before

mutual easement and roadway for ingress and egress to and from the various lands
owned by the Owners, and each of the Anvers hereby grants'and conveys to each other..
Owner and.to each Beneficiary and Trustee any and all such right, title or interest
in and to such case=ent parcel as shall be necessary to fulfill the intent and
purpose of the within agree'crn[, and to _rant to each parcel of !and c'6-ned by tho
Owners such easeeent and Yci6c�uay rights. Said easement and roadway rights shall be
appurtenant to each of said parcels of land and shall inure to the benefit of and
nay be used by all persons who may hereafter become the ourers of said appurtenant

The beneficiaries and Trustee, except in so far as the respective Owners in
the above deed of trust hereby specifically subject said Onwer's right, title and
interest in the easement parcel to the lien of said decd of trust. hereby subordin—
