Dear Mr. Wiley, On April 13, 1994 we received an application for an electric service change at 3150 Clark Road, in Oroville, and conducted a site visit prior to issuance of the permit. Our on site inspection revealed that the building was in major dis-repair and did not meet minimum housing codes. Numerous problems were cited including work without permits, possible electrical hazards, an addition in the front setback, and obvious structural deficiencies. We also discovered that the electric had been energized without authorization from us. On April 25, 1994, I contacted you by phone, and requested that electric power to 3150 Clark Road be removed, and you stated that it would be done on that day. To date this request has not been complied with. We have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with P.G.E. in the past, and hope to continue this in the future. We strongly recommend that no electric services be energized without proper authorization from this office.
