With reference to the above subject and your memo regarding this parcel, this office
cannot.issue a building permit on this parcel at this time.
According to the'recor4s of the assessor, this parcel was created on September 10, 1964.
At that time, the County required that a parcel map be submitted prior to the division
of land unless the parcel to be created was provided with a 60 ft. right•of-gray to a
public road.
As far as I know, the Condor Road has not been recognized by the County as a public
road for the purposes of land divisions.
Unless evidence can be submitted to the Butte County• Planning Department verifying
compliance, or until the Condor Road is recognized as a public road, this office
could not issue a building permit on this property.
