The following drawings and specifications must be submitted to the Building Division in order to apply for a
permit. INCOMPLETE SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BEA . CCEPTED. ALL PLANS MUST BE LEGIBLE AND IN INK.
❑ 1. Site plans, 3 or 4 sets, signed by the preparer of the plans. No graph paper!
❑ 2. Complete plans, 3 or 4 sets, signed by the preparer of the plans (No graph paper!) OR
Engineered plans, 3 or 4 sets, with wet signature on plans AND 2 sets of stamped and signed calculations.
❑ 3. Engineered truss details and layouts in duplicate (if required). No faxes!
❑ 4. Energy compliance design and supporting documentation in duplicate.
❑ 5. Statement of Intent for Non -heated and AIC for Non -Residential Buildings.
❑ 6. Manufactured homes: (A) installation inst, (B) Marriage line info, (C) Floor Plan, (D) Tie down or fnd plans, all in
duplicate.

a�Power Source: If the source of power comes off the power: poll with the existing
transformer [located at our water pump house], then a separate meter will be installed,
and PG&E can bill Gerald & Bev Jones for the cost of electricity.
b. Cost & Maintenance:'
- - 1) The Exisfing �6iifit Agreement shall continue to be in place. Stated another way:
Potters Ravine, nor any other legal easement landowner is being granted travel access
from our shop entrance to the source of power.
2) Gerald & Bev will pay for all PG&E cost and material cost for product located on our
land from our shop gate to the water pump power poll. Material cost from our shop
gate to the main gate will be shared on a prorated basis with the Potter Ravine
Association and us. All power must be installed underground, and gravel must be
replaced if required with the cost being shared.
3) Future Electrical & Installation Cost:
The annual electrical Cost to be shared on a prorated basis between the Potters Ravine
property owners and us. We would assume this prorated share would be per property
owner (not per parcel). Maintenance cost on the gate will be shared.
4) Either my son Brad, or myself must be present to approve the trenching at the
installation. I am concerned about damage to our existing water and electrical supply if
the electricity source is from our water pump house.
5) If we build a home on this parcel taking power from the pump house poll, and we run
into any future issue with limited power capacity, then we reserve the right to disconnect
power at the pump house for the main entry gate in order to service our home needs.
Onft--on-#_2. If the source of the power comes off the poweflLloeaC� st-a few feet
off the Oregon GulchRoad (but not from our pumpheuse poll), then we agree for the
Potter Ravine Property Owners -to havepower from this poll. A separate meter
must be installed and PG&bill the Petter_Ravine Property Owners since you do
have easement ' at the road. If this option is lay for the cost of a poll to
be i ted (for the wood only); and share in a prorated share ofthe-cost.
