I've reviewed the four creation deeds submitted by you for the subject parcels. .Based
upon those documents only, it appears that Assessor Parcels 041-700-001, 002, 003 and 004
were created in conformance with State Law and local ordinances in effect on the date'of
deed recording - March 3, 1972.
A copy of these documents and the results of my review are being forwarded to the
Department of Development Services to be kept on file for future reference.

Please find attached the creation deeds for four 10 acre parcels located in Section 14,,
Township 20N, Range 4E.
As we have previously discussed, I would like a staff determination of each parcel's
eligibility for permits. As my client is currently in escrow on the property, I need to
let him know how long it will take to review the deeds and render an opinion. Feel free
to call or email.
