Based upon those documents only, it appears that Assessor Parcels 041-700-001, 002, 003 and 004 were created in conformance with State Law and local ordinances in effect on the date of deed recording - March 3, 1972. A copy of these documents and the results of my review are being forwarded to the Department of Development Services to be kept on file for future reference.
