At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory A9ency
held on November 4, 1985, the agency approved your boundary
line modification on the above -referenced property, noting that.
the project is categorically exempt from environmental review
and subject to the conditions of approval listed on the
attached sheet.
If no appeals are timely filed --within ten (10) days Of the date
o1= the Advisory Agency's approval= -with the Clerk of the Board
Of Supervisors, this action will be final,
