Mr. Lahey: At the regular meeting of the Butte County Advisory Agency held' Pebruary 25, 1985, the Agency approved your Boundary Line Modification For AP 42-03-15 & 16, noting that the pito ject is categorically exempt from environmental review and subject to the conditions of approval listed on the attached sheet:. If no appeals are timely filed -within ten (10) days of the date of the Advisory Agency's approval -with the clerk of the Board of Supervisoirs, this action will be final. The conditions of approval must be complied with within twenty-four (24) months from the date of approval by the Advisory Agency: if you should have any questions regarding this matter, please contact this office. Submit to Department of Public.Works for checking, L. Verify that partial reconveyance and/or modification of trust deeds has been accomlished, if necessary. 3. Verify that there are no delinquent taxes due prior to recording deeds or map. 4. Prepare plat map shoaling approved boundary line modification and submit to Department of Pubic ,Works for checking, approval and recording. 5i After recordation of deeds, contact the Assessor's office and request that the necessary parcels be combined so that no nese parcels are. created. 6.
