Project development will limit tic amount of trees able to be left
on the site. we do recommend that buildings are placed to preserve
as many trees as possible,

land use may be impacted upon.

in the existing neighborhood.
8' The current land use in the neighborhocd of '-he project is single
family residential. Nearby is Northwood Commons. The project is.
completely compatible with the existing land use and will not change
any trend established,
