The present zoning is A-5 (Agricultural, S acre parcels). The Land Use (elan Map of the Butte County [general Plan designates this area as Orchard and Field Crops. There are no specific or community plans -for the area. The proposal does not conflict with County zoning, nor any adopted or proposed element of the Butte county General Plan nor any County, specific or community plan. Prior to the filing of the Tentative Parcel Map, a U=r Permit application for a homesite segregation to allow the creation of a 1.57 acre parcel and a 5.0 acre parcel in the A -S zone waa denied by the Planning Commission on May a, 1984. The denial was appealed to the Board of Supervisors who approved the Use Permit on June ice, 19841 y there or allowing -dor the creation of said parcels in the A -S zone. Recommend approVal.
