Dear Mr. Sellers:
The Butte County Board of Supervisors authorized me to approve your requests to authorize
your City to check plans, issue permits and conduct inspections, and collect fees on property
in the process of being annexed to the City of Chico.
Per your request regarding the above -noted proposed annexation in Chico, I hereby relinquish
the County of Butte's jurisdiction on said property.
