Gentlemen:
We are preparing a Public Report for the conversion of
an existing triplex to a condominium subdivision. Air
space (finish floor to ceiling; finish wall to finish
wall) only will be sold to individual owners, the rest
of the property will be owned in common, and maintained
by a property owners association. In order to complete
the Public Report, the following information is needed:
"J. Has any local (City of County) governmental
Agency, by ordinance or as a condition of
approval of the conversion, required, or
will they require, a report on the physical
elements of the building(s)? Physical
elements would include, but not be limited
to, the following: structures, foundations,
electrical, plumbing, utilities, walls,
ceilings and windows, recreational facili-
ties, sound transmission of each building,
mechanical equipment, parking facilities,
appliances, structural pest control, etc.
