We have reviewed the variance request for Verne Andreasen to allow the expansion of
an existing office in the front yard setback at the corner of Kennedy Avenue and
East Avenue. It appears that the existing office and the proposed office addition
encroach upon a recorded right of way to PGandE from Mr. Andreasen, dated March 19,
1980.
In view of the fact that the existing building encroaches upon our right of way we
request the temporary denial of Mr. Andreasen's proposal.
During the interim, we will gladly work with Mr. Andreasen to resolve the
encroachment problem. Once this is accomplished, PGandE would have no objection to
the proposed expansion. We recommend that you have Mr. Andreasen contact Kaye
5rochheuserp Division Land Department in ouk, Chico office, telephone 343-5521, Ext.
