At the regular meeting of the Butte County.Development Review Committee held,on-February 24,'
2000, the Committee granted a,Certi•ficate of Correction to modify a recorded parcel map, Condition'
14, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A". r
There is aefif teen -day appealperiod before this certificate•can be recorded unless you sign and -return
the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision. If the conditions are
cleared prior to the end,of the appeal period, a "clean" certificate with'no conditions will be,
recorded. Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact this office Monday
through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at 538-7601. ;
