G. Brattan Co. building at Himay 32 & Kennedy Ave..in Chico. As you will note I have noted on.the drawing the locations of the wall -reinforcing that we located with a metal detedtor. The rebars that we found by opening a wall are all 1/2". Tine fireplace chimney was found to have l vertical rebars but .they extend only to about 4 ft. above the roof.
