The metal building and its.foundation appear to have been erected adequately with a few exceptions. 1. The roof and wall X -bracing is only installed on one sidewall. It must be installed correctly with the rods tight (do not over tighten) and on both sidewalls. The rods do not have to be installed in the same bay on both sidewalls. 2. Re -tighten all bolts in the structural system. Some of the nuts are just started on the bolts but not tightened. 3. The electrical has not been installed yet. To be installed under electrical permit. 4. ...Some. -of the metal exterior trim has not been installed. 5. Finish the building foundation and structure as detailed on my Job No. 374.
