INSTRUCTIONS TO USE PERMIT APPLICANTS
1. If applicant is not the owner, written authorization by the owner or other proof of agency must
be submitted in order for the applicant to legally sign the application. Application, shall be
considered void if not signed by the owner or legal agent;
2. All items on application shall be filled in as complet, ly as possible. If an item is not appli-
cable, please indicate by the term "NA".
3. It is important that the applicant supply an accurate description of the location of the proposed
project, including the followings
a. Assessor's parcel number(s) (front the tax bills or Assessor's maps).
b. Street addresses (if available).
c. Distances and directions to named streets, bodies of water or railroads.
4 'Twenty-four (24) copies of a detailed plot plan of adequate scale to clearly show proposed build-
ings and improvements, folded to 8t/ x 11 inches, shall accompany and be made part of the
"Application for Lice Permit", If the use permit is approved, .the nlot plan becomes the ap-
proved development plan for the property,The plot plan shall include the following informations
a. A scaled drawing of the parcel(s) boundaries.

including buildings, driveways, parking areas, wells, septic tanks and leach fields.

6. The "Application for Ose Permit" is subject to pl41 hearings and approval by the Planning

Dear Mr. Piluso:
This is in regards to your Use Permit to allow a temporary second dwelling
on property in Chico (.4P# 042-100-010).
You were notified on August 17, 1989 that ank additional $147.50 was needed
to complete your file (see enclosed letter). Under our regulations you have
six months to pay this fee. Because this fee wasn't paid your file is
considered invalid.
Should you wish to re -apply for the Use Permit you must start the Use Permit
process over again. This would require a new application. The fees for a
Use Permit has recently gone up. The new fee is $1;005.00 minimum. The
Pre -App fee is $2'25.00, this is subtracted from the total
