With reference to the above subject and your request for inspection of the conversion of the agr1cultuxal building to a storage building at 2915 Kennedy Ave., Chico, the inspection was made November 15, 1991. The conversion was completed without permits and inspections from this office, so we were not able to perforin the required inspections during construction. Yoe therefore madea reasonable Visual inspection, without going on the roof, under the building, or in the attic and found the conversion appears to conform to the intent of code requirements, except for the following items which must be done or resolved: 1. Provide a letter of intent for the residential use proposed and/or obtain Planning Department: approval for commercial use; 2, Provide 'a floor plan with specific 'uses and dimensions. 3. Provide ao occupancy separation between the A-2 and the R-3 or R-3 accessory building. Include details on the plans: 4.
