This Certificate of Compliance is hereby issued by the County
of Butte to certify that the land division which created the parcel of
property identified below complies with the applicable provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act and of Chapter 20 of the Butte County Code.
1. Property location: approx. 1800 ft. east of Kennedy.Ave.
and Muir Ave -intersection., south side of
Kennedy Ave. Chico area.

Description: All that certain property located in the County
of Butte, State of'California, more particularly --
described as follows:
A portion of Lot 31 of the Sixth Subdivision of the John Bidwell Rancho,
according to the official map thereof filed in the office of the Recorder
of the County of Butte, State of California, December'3, 1901 in Map Book
5 at Page 30 and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center of Kennedy Avenue on the North line of
said Lot 31 from which point the Northwest corner thereof bears West 258.78
feet; the from said Point of Beginning South 138.5 feet to an iron pipe;
thence West 75.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 138.5 feet to the center
of said Kennedy Avenue and the North line of said Lot 31; thence along said
lines East 75.0 feet to the Point of Beginning,'subject to said Kennedy
Avenue over the North 30.0 feet thereof.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the -following
conditions which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code
Chapter 20-166 and Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect
the public health and public safety. None

At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee held December 10, 1980, the Committee issued a Certificate
of Compliance for AP 42-10-27 with no conditions.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate of.
Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return the attached
waiver waiving your right to appeal the Committee's decision.
