comments on the above referenced projects relative to possible environmental impacts.
Because said projects are beyond the currently adopted Spheres of Influence
boundary, It is felt that it would be inappropriate for this office to forward

Proponents: Steve Jenkins pointed out that this.proposed parcel is
segreqated from the balance of the parcel by the Sacramento-Sah Juaquin
Drainage District, and a mobile is on the propo§ed small parcel..
Opponents: No one.
No correspondence.
The hearing was closed and a motion made by Commissioner camenzind,
seconded by Commissioner Smith, for approval of this request for a
varianceo finding this parcel is already segregated from the larger
parcel by the drainage creek and that adjacent parcels are approximately
the same size as this small one would be.
AYES: Commissioners Camenzind, Gilbe#, Moore, Smith, Thebach,
