project, noting that the project is categorically exempt from
environmental reivew and subject to the conditions of approval
listed on the attached sheet.
If no appeals are timely filed -within ten (1a,) days of the date of
the Advisory Agency's approval
with the Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, this action will be final.
When the conditions of approvalare complied with, it will be in order
for you to file your "final map" with the Butte County Department of
Public Works for recordation within twenty -l=our (24) months of the
date of approval by the Advisory Agency,
