Dear Mr. and Mrs. Fulks;
At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on January 29, 1992, the committee granted
a conditional Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced
property. The condition is:
1. Provide evidence that the property improvements and appurtenant
structures such as water well and sewage system are on their
respective parcels or relocate onto their respective parcels.
If the condition is cleared prior to the end of the 15 day appeal
period, a It clean" certificate.with no conditions will be issued.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.
