This proposal is the division ,df AP# 49-0-27 Into foul» pa 40els
three parcels of 5 acres each and one parcel of 1,6 acrP,,,t
'The 30-acre site is located on the southwest corner
of the intersection of Glenwood Avenue and Oak Ra
West of Chico. The land is level orchprd land composed
f Farwell fine sandy loam soil, a Class I agricultural
soil.
The Butte County General Plan designates the site for
agricultural use, orchard, .field crops, and irrigated
pasture; Zoning is A-5: The lands to the north, west,''
and south are also zoned AI-5. Theproperty east of
Glenwood Avenue is zoned S-P and 1R-1. Surrounding proper�(ie'
range from hall=-acre parcels in the R-1 district to
5-20 acre parcels (plus a few k acre parcels)

in area. The proposal will conform to the General Plan an&
zoning, With five acre parcels being the minimum allowable,
