AS THE BUTTE COUNTY ZONING ENABLING ORDINANCE
"16-1- VARIANCES from the fte,,,,m*s of the zoning ordinance
shall be granted, only when, because of special circumstances
a1ppl."Lcable to the property, including size, shape, topography,
location or surroundings, the strict application of the zoning

Any variance granted shall be svbject to such conditions
