In consideration of the grant dee6 to be delivered to the MID VALIBY TITL7E
CONPANNY, escrow- agent for the County of Butte, covering the hereinafter-descr;I-ed
property, a -ad the other considerations hereinafter set forth, it is mutually astr�.ed
as follows:

document and shall relieve the County of all further obligations or claims

Parcel 2-A, described herein, will be
(Z) Unpaid taxes existing -as a lien against,
pro -rated and cancelled in accordancewith the. provisions of Section 4986.,
paragraph Z of the -Revenue and Taxation Code. Prepaid taxes �,7ill be pro-
rated and refunded by the County in accordance with Section 5096-7 of the
Revenue and Taxation Code.
The County shall pay all normal escxour fees incurred in this transaction ex-
cept for any full reconveyance or full rej_-ase of n, ortgage. The County- in no
,;ay will be.obligated to, pay escrow or title,insurance fees incurred in connec-
ti'on with, the conveyance of parcel described in Exhibit "B" to the undersigned
Owners.
(4) It is understood and aggreed by the parties hereto,, that the easement for road-
way purposes described as, Parcel 2-B,, Exhibit 'W' attached herein, is for the
relocation of that portion of River Road washed out by the flooding
