construct a SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM on the above referenced property
as been reviewed. A permit cannot be issued at this time for the
following reasons.
1. Provide copy of an acceptable deeded easement to access the
parcel.

will be above the 10 flood plane; or,
