Commission to deny the application for the following, reasons:

and Board of Supsrrvis=rs felt that the existing moning classifica-
tion sellected�by the property owners was dealrable and appropriate.
2. That &-reaonin4 -should nc4: be: approved for one property otmer, tb
correct a zoning violation, as it would establish an undis-irable
precedent.
3. That Ln establishing, a requirement :Ln the Zoning Enabling Ordinance
for amp -ding, ehe boundaries or establishing dell--ailled zoning
districts by petition of 60% or more of the properl-ty owners
affected, it was the intent of the Corodssion to determine that
more: then a majority of the propert-1 owners urere contac-Ited so
thatpublic funds would not be disbursed needlessly. The mere
fact that 60%:.ofthe property owners signed the petition should
not have any effect on the decision of the Cortunission.. The cortr
