This is c request to allow the segregation of a 3.01 acre homesite in an A-10
zone which will: include a variance to the maximum parcel size segregation.

improvements coupled with the location of Santa Clara Avenue the granting

no new homes are built on the site or on the orchard site, therefore,
guaranteeing that no new homes will be built near the noise source of the
runway on this property. The environmental documents have been completed'
for this project and items of concern, such as exposure of people to noise
sources, have been addressed. A negative declaration is recommended:
