It is our understanding that Hogan's Backhoe installed a leachline repair without a permit. Please locate and uncover: (a) the end of the leachline closest to the proposed garage; and (b) the outlet of the septic tank so the direction of the leachlines can be verified. It may also be necessary to uncover the D -box to make this determination. 2.
