Subject to the _provision of this lease against assignmen 7 of Lessees' interest under this Lease, all provisions of this 3 lease shall extend to and bind, or inure to the benefit not only 9 of the parties hereto but to each and every one of the heirs, 10 executors,, representatives, successors, and assigns of Lessor I and Lessees. 12 SOLE AND ONLY AGREEMENT 13 8.
