Butte County Assessor's records indicate that you own or control the property. On June 27, 2003, an inspection was made regarding the complaint and the following conditions were observed which are in violation of the California Health and Safety Code, Section 17920.3 (d), (g) 1; which pose health and safety hazards to the occupants and render the dwelling substandard. Any building or portion thereof including any dwelling unit, guest room or suite of rooms, or the premises on which the same is located, in which there exists any of the following listed conditions to an extent that endangers the life, limb, health, property, safety, or welfare of the public or the occupants thereof shall be deemed and hereby is declared to be a substandard building: 1. 'Replace all missing receptacles and switch plates and remove all open splices in electrical panel. 2. Repair all crumbling and loose plaster on interior ceilings and repair or replace leaking roof.
