We made a reasonable visual inspection without going on the roof, under the building or in the attic and found the building appears to conform to the intent of code requirements, except for the following items which must be done or resolved if used as a cabinet shop: (1) Entire building must be constructed of minimum one hour fire resistive construction material or verify compliance with Chapter .5 requirements.
