Staff findings were read by Mrs 81air.
Proponents: Glen Amos, 829 Alice Lane, Chico, stated that he was
willing and able to make the requested dedication as called for in his
use permit but was unable to find out -the procedure to follow. In the
ensuing discussion the question as to propriety of dedication to the
County property owned by the State arose and it was recommended that
Condition 1 on this application be changed to read: "Satisfy the State
requirements as to deeding of right-of-way at this location,
The hearing was closed and motion made by Commissioner Watters, seconded
by Commissioner Smith, for approval of this use permit, finding that
this is an existing use and that this permit is necessary to continue
this use, making staff findings a part of the motion and making ap-
proval subject to the following conditionst.
1. Satisfy the State requirements as to deeding of right-of-way at
this location.
Applicant must comply with all other applicable State and local
statutes, ordinances and regulations.
