Application for Determination Dear Mr. and Mrs. Brazell: This letter is to clarify the action of the.Subdivision Violation Committee, at the regular -meeting held October 25, 1989, for the above-mentioned property. Your application requested issuance of 3 separate certificates of compliance for portions of the above-mentioned property. The Subdivision Violation Committee- reviewed the time and method of creation and determined that one. parcel of 12.69 acres was.legally created not 3 separate parcels of lesser acreages and therefor issued one certificate of compliance for the enire property. There is a fifteen -day appeal period, from the date of the meeting, before this certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.
