Dear Mr. and Mrs. Brazell:
This letter is to clarify the action of the.Subdivision Violation Committee,
at the regular -meeting held October 25, 1989, for the above-mentioned
property.
Your application requested issuance of 3 separate certificates of compliance
for portions of the above-mentioned property. The Subdivision Violation
Committee- reviewed the time and method of creation and determined that one.
parcel of 12.69 acres was.legally created not 3 separate parcels of
lesser acreages and therefor issued one certificate of compliance for the
enire property.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period, from the date of the meeting, before
this certificate can be recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed
waiver waiving your right to appeal the committee's decision.

At the regular meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation
Committee meeting held on October 24, 1989, the committee granted
a Certificate of Compliance for the above -referenced property. There
are no conditions.
There is a fifteen -day appeal period before this Certificate can be
recorded unless you sign and return the enclosed waiver waiving your
right to appeal the committee's decision.

Description : All that certain property located in the County of Butte, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
The easterly 12.69 acres of lots 14,'15 and 16, as shown on that certain map
entitled, "Second Subdivision of the Bay Tract," which map was recorded in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, on
November 25, 1895, in Book 1 of Maps, at Page(s) 18.
Issuance of this Certificate is conditional upon the following conditions
which have been imposed pursuant to the Butte County Code Chapter 20-166 and
Government Code, Section 66499.35 (b), to protect the public health and public
