(VIDEO! TAKEN) video tape was shown of the project site. Findings: The Commission waived the reading of the Staff .F Commissioner Lambert asked if Condition 3 was sufficient in lieu of the Environmental Health Department's concerns regarding septics in this area. Staff said the condition should be sufficient. Staff said the provisions of -the "Aunt Minnie" ordinance is for a temporary use for hardship cases. Commissioner Lynch said the Commission might want to add a phrase that the Environmental Health Department is required to sign off on the renewal applications for this permit Commissioner Ostrowski asked if this was taken care of in Condition 5? Staff said the Commission could add a note to have the. Planning Department have Environmental Health sign off on the ,renewals for this permit. Commissioner Lynch said he did not want the concerns of Environmental Health to fall through the cracks. Staff said that as long as there is a Nitrate Action Plan in the Chico area, this type of comment from the Health Department will occur. Staff had no problems with Environmental Health looking at the renewal when the time comes. The hearing was opened to the public. He noted that there is usually a renewal application cn every Planning Commission agenda, as there vows today.. Ms. 'Blondin said she was not objecting to this application. Commissioner Lynch noted the bond requirement on this permit. Commissioner Ostrowski agreed with Commissioner Lynch that renewals are reviewed' at almost every meeting and the process is working.
