horses. The Planning Division has visited the site three times. Most recently as of the ate
of this memo. It has been determined that no zoning violation currently exists on the site.
The size of the parcel allows up to nine horses to be kept on site and there are currently
six. I spoke at length with the complainant, who informed me that the owners of 3682 Bay
Ave. have erected two buildings with Ag. exempt permits but are ' storing personal,
household items in one structure and using the barn as a garage for one car. Based on this
information I am referring this to the Building Division to determine if a building code
violation exists on the two ag buildings.
